Privacy policy and data collection

The data controller is BKGeomatics, reachable via the e-mail address shown on our websites (Contact section) or through the official training Discord server.

Depending on the forms used, we may collect in particular:

• Identity and contact details: salutation, first name, last name, e-mail, phone, organisation and job title (optional).
• Registration data: selected session, Discord handle (optional), training expectations (optional).
• Payment data: amount, SATIM transaction reference, payment status and billing e-mail. Card numbers never pass through our servers (SATIM-IPAY only).
• Technical data: server logs, IP address, timestamps, reCAPTCHA anti-bot tokens.

Your data is processed to: manage your training registration, process payments, send confirmations and certificates, provide educational support (Discord), prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

The main legal basis is contract performance (registration / sale) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (checkbox on forms).

Registration and payment data are kept for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship, then archived in accordance with applicable accounting and tax requirements in Algeria.

Technical logs are kept for a limited period proportionate to security needs.

Your data may be shared, strictly within the scope of their tasks, with:

• SATIM-IPAY (CIB / Edahabia card payment).
• Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention).
• Hosting and e-mail delivery providers.
• Wise or Payoneer when you choose international payment (depending on your action).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase (within legal limits), object to and restrict processing. To exercise your rights, contact us by e-mail and include your registration reference where applicable.

You may withdraw consent at any time for processing that relies on it, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, backups, limited admin access) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
