General terms of sale and payment

BKGeomatics offers certified geomatics (GIS) training, consulting and related services. Any order or registration implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Registration for a session is recorded after online form validation. The contract is formed when BKGeomatics confirms registration and, where applicable, payment receipt or manual validation of an alternative payment (Wise, bank transfer).

BKGeomatics reserves the right to refuse registration if the session is full, closed or in case of suspected fraud.

Prices are shown on the training catalogue or payment page. For sessions priced in Algerian dinars (DZD), the amount displayed at registration applies.

Any bank or exchange fees for international payments (Wise, Payoneer, transfer) remain the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Depending on the chosen path, the following payment methods are offered:

• CIB or Edahabia card via the secure SATIM-IPAY platform (minimum amount 50 DA).
• International payment via Wise or Payoneer, with proof sent on the Discord “registration” channel when required.
• Standard bank transfer on request (details sent by e-mail).

Card payment is processed by SATIM. You are redirected to a secure SATIM page; BKGeomatics does not store your banking details.

If the bank declines the payment, you may retry or choose another offered method. SATIM support is available at 3020 (toll-free).

After successful payment, an electronic receipt may be sent and your registration is confirmed according to the applicable process.

Any cancellation or postponement request must be sent by e-mail to BKGeomatics with the registration reference.

Refund terms depend on the cancellation date and session status; BKGeomatics will inform the participant of applicable terms. No refund is due if the participant fails to attend without prior cancellation within the communicated deadlines.

Training is delivered online (videoconference / Discord) unless otherwise stated. The participant must have suitable equipment and connectivity.

BKGeomatics may adapt the programme for pedagogical or technical reasons while respecting the stated session objectives.

Materials, recordings and content provided remain the property of BKGeomatics or its partners. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

BKGeomatics uses reasonable means to ensure teaching quality. Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session, except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory legal provisions.

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy available on form.bkgeomatics.com and bkgeomatics.com.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
